Keep the complete set together

Before packing a return, check for every tool, socket, pouch and accessory supplied with that exact option. Keep the original packaging when possible. Explain a missing or damaged component through the order’s help options.

Product condition

Do not use a tool with damage that could affect its operation. Describe the issue clearly and retain photographs if requested. Refund timing and replacement availability are determined through the original purchase.
