MAXPOWER / Shopping help

Delivery information

Delivery dates, shipping charges and available destinations are shown when you select your address at checkout.

Before placing an order

Confirm the exact product option, seller and delivery address. Check the estimated arrival date and total cost before submitting payment. Items ordered together may arrive in separate parcels.

Track a shipment

Open the order in the account used for your purchase. Use the tracking details supplied for that parcel. If a delivery is late or marked delivered but missing, follow the help options attached to the order.

Shopping outside the United States

This catalog describes US product options. Availability, product matches and shipping choices may differ when you shop from another region. Confirm the model, set contents and final price on the destination page.
